KWAME served as the Program Construction Manager for Normandy School District’s 2004 $16 Million Bond Program.  The project lasted for four years and included renovations and expansions on Normandy Senior High School.

KWAME‘s management services consisted primarily of providing the personnel responsible for the day-to-day management of the overall program and each individual project. KWAME‘s project scope was to review and make recommendations concerning the overall program including the quality of work schedule, budget, cost, and regulatory requirements for the delivery of building remodels, additions and demolition.

The improvements included but where not limited to HVAC, electrical upgrades, aesthetic improvements and ADA compliance at the Senior High School campus and various site and school location throughout the district.
