KWAME served as construction manager for the Orange County Public Schools’ $500 million capital improvement program. This three-year renovations and additions program addressed facility deficiencies on the district’s existing campuses to accommodate enrollment growth.

The 150 schools in the district were divided into three equal phases based on priority of needs. During the immediate needs portion of the project, building envelope and life safety issues were corrected.

KWAME managed design reviews, the bidding process, on-site management, inspections and made recommendations for construction contract awards.
