She will oversee KWAME’s infrastructure construction projects, including aviation, tunnel, light rail and roads. With experience on LEED-certified projects, Cain-Proctor brings added value in the areas of site and safety inspections, quality control and cost engineering.

Piggy-backing on a smaller scale cleanup initiative in north St. Louis last year, community leaders gathered Tuesday at the Better Family Life Cultural, Educational and Business Center in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood to kick off an expanded program.

Better Family Life and the Regional Business Council announced plans for four cleanup events, dubbed Clean Sweeps, in several blighted neighborhoods in north St. Louis: Hamilton Heights/Wells-Goodfellow, Jeff Vander Lou, Penrose/Kingsbury and Walnut Park.
