The Police Retirement System helps ensure the financial stability of its members and their families. The renovations of this 9,000 square foot building consisted of interior tenant finishes and exterior building upgrades. The facility contained offices, a classroom and a boardroom.

KWAME was assigned the task of Construction Manager at Risk. KWAME also was responsible for providing the client with estimating, scheduling, value engineering and construction management at risk.
