Kwame Building Group Inc. (KWAME) has been named the project manager of a $5.7 million construction project on a firehouse in Beverly Hills, about 11 miles northwest of St. Louis. The 27,500-square-foot, two-story brick and stone firehouse will include five vehicle bays and a two-story structure for the district headquarters office. The facility also will house training and community classroom space. Built to resist seismic and high-wind events, the facility will serve as a natural disaster relief center for local residents. Northeast Ambulance and Fire Protection District (NEAFPD) Fire Chief Quinten Randolph and the NEAFPD Board of Directors assigned KWAME to the project.REBUSINESS ONLINE © July 2015 |
