The 5,500-square-foot Sunset Hills branch at 3860 South Lindbergh was completed eight percent under budget and nearly two weeks ahead of schedule.

As construction manager for the new development, KWAME helped incorporate the design features of the 6,500-square-foot Greenway Chase branch into the smaller, 5,500-square-foot Sunset Hills facility.

In addition to managing the construction, KWAME negotiated a master purchasing agreement for furniture, assisted Vantage in working with a graphics designer and coordinated with multiple vendors to ensure cost savings.
