KWAME provided construction management services on the one-level, 6,300-square-foot credit union branch in East St. Louis, Illinois.

“KWAME was my eyes and ears on the jobsite,” said Debbie Nelson, vice president of Vantage Credit Union. “Because of their knowledge and experience, they gave us the ability to keep our change orders to a minimum, while keeping the overall project under budget.”

The East St. Louis Vantage Credit Union branch features two drive-up teller lanes, an onsite ATM, night depository, internet café and a coin-counting machine. This is the fifth Vantage Credit Union project on which KWAME has served as construction manager.
