KWAME was part of a joint venture team to provide program management services to construct the new Vashon High School and renovate seven existing institutions. KWAME provided services throughout the planning design, and construction process to assure the best value, achieved on time and within budget.

The scope included site work, building envelope, mechanical, electrical and structural repairs as well as interior renovations and building additions. KWAME also was responsible for design reviews, the bidding process, on-site management and recommendations for awarding construction contracts.
