Among taller building on a tree shaded campus, a new copper canopy crowns the corner addition to an existing clinical facility. The 4,000 square foot lecture hall beside the entry completes the front lawn of the campus. Inside, an extension of the current 80 operatories offers and additional 24 dental stations, four of which are dedicated to pediatric care.

As the construction observation consultant, KWAME served as the University’s eyes and ears for the project ensuring that all stakeholders delivered on their expectations. KWAME provided thorough documentation of the construction process, acted as a communications conduit for the multiple prime contractors, and work diligently to ensure worksite safety.
