KWAME was selected to provide Construction Management as Observer services for the construction of the new $3.5 million School of Pharmacy building and renovation of 15,000 square feet in an adjacent University Park facility. The facility is a one-story steel and masonry structure with teaching and research laboratories, an office suite and a Drug Information Center.

As the construction observation consultant, KWAME served as the University’s eyes and ears for the project, providing regular site reviews, pay application reviews, schedule reviews and observation of quality and safety.

KWAME provided thorough documentation of the construction process, acted as a communications conduit for the multiple prime contractors, and worked diligently to ensure worksite safety.
