The Northeast Ambulance and Fire Protection District (NEAFPD) in St. Louis County contracted Kwame Building Group, Inc. as project manager on construction of a new $5.7 million firehouse at 7100 Natural Bridge Road, Beverly Hills, Missouri.

The 27,500-square-foot, two-story brick and stone firehouse includes five vehicle bays and a two-story structure for the District headquarters office. The facility also houses training and community classroom space. Built to resist seismic and high wind events, the facility serves as a natural disaster relief center for local residents.

KWAME lead the project team along with NEAFPD Fire Chief Quinten Randolph and the NEAFPD Board of Directors. KWAME provided value engineering to achieve project objectives within the established budget.
