The sprawling complex of Lumiere Place Casino and Hotels debuted in December 2007 and changed the St. Louis skyline forever. Lumiere literally lights up the city with its illuminated building and provides 75,000 square feet of entertainment with slot machines, table games, seven restaurants, two lounges, four retail shops and the fabulous Four Seasons Hotel and Hotel Lumiere.

KWAME represented the Owner’s interests with regard to the overall project construction schedule.  KWAME was responsible for reviewing and commenting on the contractor’s overall project schedule as well as analysis of the Contractor’s progress schedule submissions.
