BARNES-JEWISH HOSPITAL PATIENT DIVISION RENOVATION
KWAME, in Joint Venture with McGrath Construction, was selected by BJC Healthcare to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management at Risk services for the consecutive renovations of Division 8100, 8200 and 8300 on the south campus of Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
This project consisted of demolition of existing doors, frames, walls, casework, flooring, ACT ceiling, and miscellaneous furnishing/equipment, as well as the furnishing and installation of plastic laminate doors, sheet vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, MEP rough and trim, plumbing fixtures, mechanical units, lighting, and hospital computer equipment.
