This redevelopment project included a 34-story tower, with a 1,083-room Convention Headquarters Hotel complex and a parking structure to adequately serve the parking needs of the hotel and the surrounding area. This project, located across from the Convention Center, involved renovation of two vacant hotel structures and construction of a new 30-story hotel. The program included ballrooms, meeting space and up to 1,000 parking spaces.
