Craig M. Lucas, PE, CCM, vice president of KWAME Building Group, Inc., has been appointed by Missouri Governor Jay Nixon to the Professional Engineering Division of the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors and Professional Landscape Architects.

Lucas has more than 35 years of experience in project management and design engineering. His projects at Kwame Building Group have included the St. Louis Public Schools, the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, the Pittsburgh North Shore Connector, the St. Louis Justice Center, the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse and many others.

A licensed engineer in Missouri, Florida and Oklahoma, Lucas is a member of the Construction Management Association of America, the Associated General Contractors of America and the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers. He has an MBA from Webster University and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology.
